Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Slick Design account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective seals are still intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
